Omnidocs create in-document productivity tools that bridge the gaps and enable users to create better content faster and with less frustration.
Challenge
Omnidocs was about to build a brand new productivity tool for the Microsoft Suite. Loads of complex user flows were needed, so they engaged DAY21 as the design partner to create the interaction and UX/UI concepts, taking the experience to an unprecedented level of intuitiveness.
To spice up the challenge, all primary functionalities should accessible by the use of keyboard only.
Process & Solution
Omnidocs x DAY21 = great team.
Conceptualize, evaluate, ideate, prototype. Over and over again. Numerous sessions throughout the project with the super-committed Omnidocs developer team meant that we kept improving the concept, building on the knowledge from the best of the best.
DAY21 delivered highly detailed conceptual prototypes, both for the stand-alone tool and the in-app tool. We completely innovated the way of interacting with the Omnidocs tools, making them super intuitive and coherent.
