Infare is the world’s largest data provider for the airline industry. DAY21 was asked to redesign their website and create a brand new self-service portal targeted at their existing clients with the objective to create a unified experience across all services.

Infare wanted to create a self-service portal based on a seamless user experience.
As a starting point, we defined the key business objectives to ensure we were solving the right problem. From there, we started building their strategy and vision for the future service experience, allowing for essential alignment within the company.
Once the foundation was in place, we created a full UI design for the portal and website to ensure a coherent service experience.
The experience is now evolving across channels through the development of new features to address key user needs and efficient business processes.
